 Program Overview211 Wisconsin, in partnership with AARP, is offering direct and consistent contact to caregivers throughout the state. This project is intended to reach informal/unpaid family caregivers who are 18 years or older, who are providing care to those 18+ or those under 18 with special needs. If you, or someone you know, could benefit from this type of connection, call 211.
 In the caregiver outreach program, you can receive: 
 Many people serve as caregivers and may not even recognize themselves as such. Common support roles that caregivers provide include: 
 Contact 211 today and request the Caregiver Outreach Program. To directly contact a 211 Caregiver Specialist dial 833-572-1599. You can also self-refer or refer someone you know by filling out this referral form. A 211 Outreach Specialist will follow-up to offer supportive listening and explore with you, any resources that could help.
