The 2026 Great Rivers Conference will be held March 17-19, 2026 in Bloomington-Normal, IL at the Bloomington-Normal Hotel & Conference Center, in partnership with United Way of McLean County. Where can I find the program schedule? The schedule at-a-glance and session schedule will be available in December when registration launches. How much does the conference cost? Pricing information for the 2026 Great Rivers Conference will be available in December when registration launches. Where can I stay? The 2026 Great Rivers Conference will be hosted at the Bloomington-Normal Hotel & Conference Center in Bloomington, Illinois. Rooms are available for $179/night and can be booked by calling 888-236-2427 or via this link. The room block cutoff date is February 20, 2026. I have dietary restrictions. Will there be meal options for me? Registrants are asked to share any dietary restrictions when they register for the event. Be sure to tell us about your needs and which meals you plan to join! At the event, foods appropriate for common dietary restrictions will be labeled on the buffet. If you have a dietary restriction that was indicated during registration and is not accommodated through the labeled buffet, venue staff will available to assist you. What is the cancellation policy? Cancellations emailed by February 20, 2026 will be given a refund less a $75 administrative fee. We cannot give refunds on cancellations after February 20. To cancel or transfer a registration to another member of your staff, contact Kelcie McElhenie. There is no fee to transfer your registration to another member of your staff. (Note: this policy only applies to the registration fee; the hotels have their own hotel cancellation policy for room reservations). Is there a mobile app? Yes! The mobile app will be available for attendees approximately one month prior to the start of the conference. This tool will help participants manage their schedule and take advantage of all that Great Rivers has to offer! How do I join a conference planning committee? We're always looking for more people to join our Curriculum Committees or Community Building Committee. The Curriculum Committes helps shape the Great Rivers Conference curriculum, and the Community Building Committee helps keep the Great Rivers Conference fun.
