Join us in Madison, Wisconsin March 11-13, 2025 for the 2025 Great Rivers Conference! This year’s theme, “United is the Way”, focuses on fostering connections, inspiring collaboration, and empowering communities. Join United Way leaders from across the country to explore strategies, insights, and tools to make meaningful impact in our communities. There will be engaging sessions geared towards conceptual ideas, the nuts & bolts of our work, and how to grow & scale our impact, along with daily opportunities for networking and casual connection spaces, where you can celebrate and strategize with peers from across the network and share innovative ideas.

Dates & Schedule

The conference will take place March 11-13, 2025. This year's schedule looks a bit different from previous conferences, so make sure to view the schedule-at-a-glance. A full session schedule will be available soon. 

Although this year's conference is shorter, we are maintaining the same variety of sessions aimed at helping your United Way thrive. United Way Worldwide will conduct 15 sessions, while over 35 sessions will be led by local United Ways. Another thing to note about this year's schedule changes is that we've changed how we're holding our preconference sessions. We've shortened preconference to Tuesday morning only. During the first session block, we're offering our usual Onboard United session, designed for new-to-United Way staff, and are also holding vendor sessions during that block. The second Tuesday morning session block is where the other 101 sessions are taking place.
