Introducing the newest course in the United Way learning portfolio: DONOR-CENTERED DEVELOPMENT: UNITED WAY FUNDRAISING 101. This custom-crafted program was designed in 2017 to ground fundraising professionals in the donor-centered approach to United Way fundraising. Created in collaboration with highly-successful local United Way resource development leaders and the Indiana University, Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, this 3-day course clearly defines impact as our business and the donor as our customer; covering topics such as segmentation, account planning and analysis, product development, corporate employee engagement and a deep dive into the workplace campaign with turn key tactics for growing donors and dollars. This course is full of critical campaign best practices to implement during planning time as well as those to implement as year-round engagement.
Registration Cost: $645; Register before March 22, 2018 to receive $100 off!
