The United Way Midwinter Institute is an event sponsored by the United Way of Wisconsin and marketed to the Mid-America states. Participants from other states are welcome. The Midwinter Institute is held in odd years and alternates with the Great Rivers Conference.

United Way professionals and volunteer leadership are invited to participate in learning and networking opportunities that focus on cutting edge professional, system and personal development with the goal of increasing United Ways' capacity to improve lives and conditions in their communities. Our aim is to ensure an accessible, quality learning event for mid to small-sized markets and newer staff from larger United Ways.

We welcome you to participate in the Midwinter Institute learning community.

The 2011 Midwinter Institute will take place on February 16-18, 2011 in Madison Wisconsin, with pre-conference intensives Tuesday, February 15.

Registration opens December 1, 2010.
